Payment by credit card is 100% secure and we do not store your banking details.

To better protect you during online payments, 3D Secure validation may be requested during payment. You must then enter a password or security code via email or notification from your mobile application to validate your payment.

As orders are only taken into account after payment validation, no discount or late payment penalty is applicable.

PayPal is a secure payment method that allows you to quickly pay for your items without sharing your banking details with seller websites.

You only need to have indicated them when creating your PayPal account. They are then encrypted and secured once and for all.

If you already have a PayPal account, you can use it on our site to pay for your purchases quickly and securely.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still choose this payment method. When it's time to pay, you are directed to a PayPal page where you enter your banking details and choose whether or not to create a PayPal account.

Pay for your order in 3 or 4 instalments by credit card from €100 of purchases up to €3000 with Alma.

This offer is reserved for individuals (adults) residing in France and holding a Visa or MasterCard credit card with a validity date exceeding the chosen financing duration. Cards with systematic authorization, particularly Electron, Maestro, Nickel etc... as well as e-cards, Indigo cards and American Express are not accepted.

Subscription terms:

After completing your order, simply click on the "pay in 3x by credit card with Alma" or "pay in 4x by credit card with Alma" button. You are then redirected to the 3x or 4x Alma internet page of our partner displaying the detailed summary of your order and the personalised financing request, which you must then validate. You enter your personal information or, if you have a 3x or 4x Alma account, you identify yourself using the login credentials linked to your 3x 4x Alma account. You read the general conditions for payment in several instalments to which you wish to subscribe, which are provided to you in PDF format so that you can read, print and save them before accepting them. You then notify your electronic acceptance by ticking the corresponding box.

You acknowledge that the "double click" associated with the checkbox on the acknowledgement of the general conditions constitutes consent to contract and represents an irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the general conditions of the product. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Alma constitutes proof of all transactions between you and Alma. If you request to benefit from a financing solution offered by Alma, the information related to your order will be transmitted to Alma, who will use it for the purpose of studying your request for the granting, management and recovery of credit.

Alma reserves the right to accept or refuse your request for 3x 4x Alma financing. You have a 14-day withdrawal period to cancel your credit.

For a payment in 3 instalments by Credit Card

• 1st instalment on the day of your order: 1/3 of the basket amount + 1.56% of the total amount (maximum limit of €50)
• 2nd instalment: 30 days after your order for 1/3 of the basket amount
• 3rd instalment: 60 days after your order for 1/3 of the basket amount.

For a payment in 4 instalments by Credit Card

• 1st instalment on the day of your order: 1/4 of the basket amount + 2.34% of the total amount (maximum limit of €50)
• 2nd instalment: 30 days after your order for 1/4 of the basket amount
• 3rd instalment: 60 days after your order for 1/4 of the basket amount.
• 4th instalment: 85 days after your order for 1/4 of the basket amount.

Bank transfer payments are made for the entire order. If you select this payment method, you will receive Nateo Concept's bank details by email.

You will then have 10 days to send your payment by bank transfer to Nateo Concept's bank account (references accessible after validating your order in a summary email). After this period, your order will be cancelled.

Your order will be definitively validated upon receipt of your transfer. A confirmation email will then be sent to you.

IMPORTANT: in case of payment by bank transfer, delivery times will be extended corresponding to the time of receipt and processing of your transfer
