Ordered right away, shipped right away!

Orders are collected every day Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Our team prepares your orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be notified by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipment refers to the sending of the product to our delivery partner and not to the delivery date.

Delivery: your choice

We work with Geodis, Heppner, DIJI Trans, GLS, Guisnel, Schenker and La Poste to offer you tailored delivery solutions. The choice of carrier is made based on several criteria to optimize environmental impact and reduce costs.

📦 Standard Delivery

  • Lead time: 2 to 5 business days
  • Delivery to the foot of the truck
  • Appointment scheduling by SMS or email
  • Delivery on a full day, Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm)
  • No delivery on weekends

🏠 Premium Upper-Floor Delivery

  • Lead time: 3 to 10 business days
  • Delivery to the room of your choice
  • Appointment scheduling by SMS or email
  • Delivery Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm)
  • Saturday delivery available only in Île-de-France

🛠️ Premium Delivery + Assembly

  • Lead time: 3 to 10 business days
  • Delivery to the room + furniture assembly
  • Appointment scheduling by SMS or email
  • Delivery Monday to Saturday in Île-de-France (8am–7pm) and Monday to Friday in departments 85, 44, 17 and 79 (8am–6pm)

🚀 Express Delivery

  • Lead time: 1 to 2 business days
  • Delivery to the foot of the truck
  • Time slot available during the day
  • Delivery Monday to Saturday morning

📬 Small parcels

  • Lead time: 24h to 72h
  • Home delivery or delivery to mailbox
  • Parcel requiring signature
  • In case of absence: delivery notice and rescheduling

Before delivery

We deliver to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Monaco and Greece.

For any specific request, our customer service team is available to respond to you quickly.

Yes, with the Premium and Premium + Assembly options (Available in selected areas only), you can choose a 4-hour delivery time slot.

With standard delivery, delivery takes place between 8am and 6pm.

The fees depend on the product(s), their weight, the address and the chosen delivery method.

They are calculated automatically in the cart, before payment.

Our furniture is delivered unassembled, for ecological reasons.

Assembly has been designed to be simple and accessible, without any specific tools.

The Premium or Premium + Assembly delivery (Available in selected areas only) allows delivery directly to the room of your choice, without any handling on your part.

It is carried out by a carrier specializing in furniture and delivery is by appointment (allow a half-day).

You can request a delivery on a later date.

Simply indicate the desired date in the "comment" field when placing your order.

We will arrange the shipment according to your request. The carrier will then contact you to schedule the delivery.

Order preparation

You can change your address depending on the status of your order:

  • Order not yet shipped: contact us quickly via the contact form indicating your order number.
  • Order already shipped: we will take the necessary steps with the carrier. Fees may apply in the event of redirection.

If your order contains one or more unavailable products, shipment will be made once all items are available. 

If you wish to receive your products more quickly, it is possible to place two separate orders:

  • One order for in-stock products
  • One order for pre-order products

Each product has an availability status indicated below the "Add to cart" button: in stock (shipped within 1 to 2 business days), on pre-order (pre-order with shipping date) and out of stock (no longer available for sale).

Order receipt

Check the number of parcels and the general condition of the boxes.

If everything is in order, you can sign the delivery slip.

If a parcel is visibly damaged, note a reservation on the delivery slip following the instructions received by email after shipment.

If you are absent during delivery, your parcels are returned to the carrier.

Please contact us quickly to arrange a new delivery attempt.

Storage fees may apply after 8 days at the carrier's depot.

Delivery issue

In all cases:

  • Accept the parcel if possible
  • Or refuse it in case of significant damage
  • Note a precise reservation on the delivery slip to ensure your claim is handled
    • "Wooden furniture broken, paint scratched during transport"
    • "Slatted base twisted, broken during transport"
    • "Mattress stained, torn during transport"
  • Take photos
  • Contact our customer service

No need to worry:

We immediately open a transport investigation and arrange a quick solution.

In that case:

  • The order is returned to our warehouse
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund

The amount is calculated based on the weight of the product.
