Expédition

Shipping within 24/48h

Upon receiving your order, our service processes your request and verifies your information (address and mobile phone number valid) to avoid any delivery issues.

We also check the selected items to ensure you won't have any unpleasant surprises upon receipt: incorrect mattress size or thickness, bed linen dimensions, product-associated accessories, etc. Orders are collected daily Monday through Friday (except holidays).

Our team ensures order preparation within 1 to 2 business days (except weekends and holidays). We allow you to add messages when placing your order to schedule a delayed delivery or add any useful additional information.

Livraison

Delivery within 3 to 5 business days

We partner with transport companies Geodis, Heppner, DIJI Trans, GLS, and La Poste. The choice between these 5 carriers is made based on several factors to maximize environmental carbon impact optimization as well as the costs involved. 

The factors taken into account are: 

  • The chosen delivery method (delivery to the truck, inside your home in the desired room, or inside your home with furniture assembly);
  • The weight of items;
  • The destination (delivery address in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Spain).

Réception

Receipt of your order

Our teams are here to help with any issues during the receipt of your order. 

  • Having trouble contacting the carrier: our team contacts them directly and provides you with all available information.
  • Your packages arrived damaged: we will send you the parts within 2 to 3 weeks maximum to avoid a complete return of the product and thus reduce our carbon footprint.
  • A question during furniture assembly: we have chosen to limit the number of references to know our catalog products perfectly. We are available by phone and video call to help you!

Product warranty

At Nateo Concept, all our items come with a 3-year commercial warranty, starting from the delivery date, against any defects in materials, design, or manufacturing.

To ensure the longest possible lifespan for our products, we work closely with our partner production facilities, which allows us to provide replacement parts very quickly.

Paiement

Secure payments

You can pay for your order online by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro), in 3 or 4 installments with our ALMA service, by PayPal, bank transfer, or check. Online payments are secure and guaranteed by Caisse d'Epargne. We ensure that no banking data passes through the online store by using a secure SSL payment mode that encrypts your banking information.
