At Nateo Concept, we are here to answer all your questions, complaints and even suggestions for improvements! Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm without interruption by phone at 05.46.01.49.14.

We want to be as close to you as possible. That's why, at Nateo Concept, we offer video conferences. With the aim to:

  1. Advise on your product choices. 
  2. Offer advice, ideas and even tips on room layout.
  3. Share our experience in furniture assembly. 
  4. Provide quality after-sales service.

The Nateo Concept team consists of young and passionate people from different sectors, who will be able to respond accurately to your various requests. 

We make sure to be with you from your arrival on the platform until the installation of your assembled furniture at your home.

Secure payment

You can pay for your orders using 4 different payment methods:

  1. By credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard....)
  2. By bank transfer
  3. By cheque
  4. By PayPal
  5. In 3/4 installments with Oney Bank

Caisse d'Epargne guarantees and secures all payments on the e-commerce site using a secure payment module called SSL (Secure Socket Layer). It encrypts your banking data during transmission over the network. This secure payment module is represented by a padlock that appears on the left of your browser's search bar.

Delivery & return

At Nateo Concept, we offer you:

  1. Standard delivery to doorstep: This is a delivery at the carrier's truck within 3 to 5 working days. The carrier contacts you by SMS and email to arrange a delivery date. For a full day between 8am and 6pm.
  2. Premium delivery to your floor: Within 3 to 5 working days, the carrier delivers your packages directly to the room of your choice. This is a specialized carrier. Delivery is by appointment for a full day. (Only in Paris and Paris region).
  3. Premium delivery to your floor + Assembly: Within 3 to 5 working days with appointment, the carrier delivers to your home and assembles your products. (Only in Paris and Paris region).
  4. Express Delivery: Monday to Saturday within 1 to 2 working days - Monday to Friday (morning or afternoon) and Saturday (morning) in 2-hour slots - Ground floor delivery, to your house or building entrance
